Espresso Mascarpone Cream
- 30 mL Monin Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 240 mL Chilled Heavy Cream
- 120 mL Mascarpone Cheese (room temperature)
- 120 mL Powdered Sugar
- 2.5 mL Pure Vanilla Extract
- 40 grams Mini Chocolate Chips
- Add the first 5 ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Beat until filling is thick and smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
