- 8 mint leaves
- 30 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 60 ml white rum
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- ice cubes
- 30 ml soda water
- Glass: 415 ml
- Garnish: Lime Wedge, Mint Sprig
- Muddle fruit/herbs and MONIN product(s) in shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into serving glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
