- 15 ml Monin Hickory Smoke Syrup
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 45 ml light rum
- ice cubes
- top soda water
- Glass: 475 ml
- Garnish: Lime Peel, Wheel Or Wedge, Mint Sprig, Pineapple
- Pour fruit(s)/spice(s)/herb(s)/veggie(s) into your shaker tin and muddle with MONIN flavoring(s).
- Add other ingredients.
- Shake vigorously with ice cubes.
- Pour mix into a glass and top with sparkling beverage.
