We have made it easy to serve this refreshing Cuban delight with an all natural high quality cocktail base. Monin Mojito Mint Syrup combines the essence of the finest wild green mint with the purest of sugar cane for a consistent fabulous tasting Mojito base that will have your patrons raving for more.

Monin Mojito Recipe

Shake 2 to 3 of Monin Mojito Mint with 4 cl of Cuban rum, the juice of one lime, 8 to 10 cl of Club Soda (sparkling water) and ice.

Then, serve on ice in a 30 to 40 cl glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and/or lime wheel.

Frozen Tropical Mojito

4.5c) (45 ml) Rum
1.5cl (15 ml) Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
3cl (30 ml) Monin Mango Syrup
1.5cl (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice 
2 Mint leaves
1 Cup (24cl) of Ice

Garnish:
1 Lime Wedge or Mint Sprig

Pour ingredients into blender as listed.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with mint or lime.

Apple Mojito

4.5cl (45 ml) Bacardi Limon
3cl (30 ml) Monin Green Apple Syrup
1.5cl (15 ml) Monin Mojito Mint syrup
6cl (60 ml) Pineapple Juice
6cl (60 ml) Club Soda
Crushed Ice

Garnish:
1 Slice of Granny Smith Apple
1 Mint Sprig

Pack glass with crushed ice.
Pour first four ingredients into glass.
Top with club soda .
Garnish with apple slice and mint sprig.

Mojito Granita

1 ‡ Bottles Bacardi Light Rum (750ml. size)
1 Bottle Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
60cl (600 ml) Monin Lime Syrup
2 Gallons Purified Water

Garnish:
Mint Sprig
Lime Wheel

Pour into granita machine and freeze.
Garnish drinks with mint sprig and lime wheel.

A Drink Sensation From The Steamy Clubs Of Pre-Revolutionary Cuba!

The Mojito is the taste sensation born in the sultry cabarets and cafes of pre-revolutionary Havana. Skilled bartenders called upon the local abundance of wild mint, sugar cane, lime and Rum to create a cool cocktail sensation that flavoured the hot sensual Cuban nightlife. Taking great pains to carefully mull the fresh mint, combine it with freshly crushed sugar cane and mix it with fresh squeezed lime juice, soda and white Rum, they created a drink that was praised by tourists and locals alike. The difficult nature of the Mojito's preparation and ingredients did not travel well tot he worldwide bar scene. It is why Monin created this Mojito Mint base to make the preparation easy.
