With fresh brewed hot or iced tea, with lemon syrup and purified water, in a gin or vodka based martiniÖ

In the Ash

In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:

2 cl Monin Lavender syrup
3 cl Grand Marnier
3 cl Bacardi rum
10 cl pineapple juice

Shake and serve in a glass filled with crushed ice

Madame Mona

3 cl Monin Lavender syrup
3 cl Cranberry Juice
1,5 cl Grand Marnier
3 cl Gin

Shake and pour into a martini glass.

Lavender Martini

1,5 cl Monin Lavender syrup
4,5 cl Vanilla Vodka or Rum

Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass

2,5 cl Monin Green Apple Liquor
2,5 cl Pear Juice
2,5 cl Apple Juice

Dash Elderflower Cordial
Dash Fresh Lime Juice
Dash Monin Lavender
Shaken (apart from Lavender syrup)
