Winter has arrived
is here and so are our recipes!
FUZZY CHOCOLATE
In a Champagne glass, pour:
- 3 cl Monin White Chocolate syrup
- 12 cl Champagne
Decorate with a little cherry
MARTINI 2004
In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:
- 2 cl Monin Chocolate Syrup
- 2 cl cold espresso
- 4 cl GRAND MARNIER
Strain and pour into a martini glass
SCOTISH CINNAMON
In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:
- 2 cl Monin Cinnamon syrup
- 4 cl scotch whisky
- 8 cl Pineapple juice
- 1 cl Monin Strawberry syrup
Pour in a big glass with ice
CAPTAIN ONE
In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:
- 3 cl Monin Gingerbread Syrup
- 4 cl Old Rum ( Mount Gay )
- 8 cl Apple Juice
Pour in a big glass with ice
CHIANTI LAVANDER
In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:
- 3 cl Monin Lavender syrup
- 1 cl cognac
- 5 cl chianti
Strain and pour into a martini glass
VIVA 2004
In a shaker æ filled with ice, pour:
- 3 cl Monin Watermelon syrup
- 3 cl bacardi
- 1 cl lime juice
shake & pour in a glass with ice, fill with 7 up
Big Chocolate
Toddy
- 1,5 cl Monin White Chocolate
syrup
- 24 cl Steamed Cocoa
- 3 cl Myers Dark Rum, Jack Danielís,
or Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
Pour Monin White Chocolate into warm mug.
Fill with steamed cocoa and liquor of choice.
Top with Monin White Chocolate flavoured whipped cream and chocolate
curls.
Snow Bird Steamer
- 2 cl Monin Coconut Syrup
- 1,5 cl Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 3 cl Dark Rum
- 22 cl Steamed Milk or Half and Half
Pour ingredients into a warm mug.
Fill with steamed milk or half and half.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
White Chestnut
- Ice
- 4,5 cl Premium Vodka
- 1,5 cl. Monin White Chocolate
Syrup
- 1,5 cl. Monin Chestnut Syrup
- Splash of Cream
Shake with ice for 15 seconds.
Strain into a chilled white chocolate rimmed martini glass.
