    Those delightful scents that used to hang around bouquets on our tables are now enchanting our palate!

    Bring a flowery touch to your drinks and meals!

    Thanks to this new bouquet of flavours, you will easily be able to create cocktails, hot and frozen drinks as well as meals for a colourful and original result that will seduce and astonish your customers.

    After the success of the 70 cl Monin Rose and Violet Syrups, Monin is now launching the Lavender and the Jasmine.

    As you all know, flowers have their own languageÖ

    Lavender mea
    ns tenderness and admiration. Its strong aroma will remind you of the Provence, full of colours and scents. Its fragrance is like a deep summer breathe.

    Jasmine has a sensual feelingÖ the most exotic flower is mostly well known in secret gardens of top perfume producers, and its powerful aroma allows unlimited applications.

    Try out another way to make surprisingly tasteful mochas to enhance your hot, chilled or frozen lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, flavoured milkshakes, chocolatesÖ

    You can enjoy it simply with milk, add a drop of Violet, Jasmine or Lavender syrup, or top your vanilla, coffee, pistachio (Ö)ice cream and surprise your guests!

    • White Chocolate Macadamia Frost

      3 cl Monin White Chocolate Syrup
      3 cl Monin Macadamia Syrup
      12 cl half & half
      1 ‡ cup of ice

      Pour ingredients into blender.
      Blend until smooth.
      Top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
       

    • White Chocolate Blueberry Cafe

      8 cl Monin White Chocolate Syrup
      1,5 cl Monin Blueberry Syrup
      20 cl fresh brewed coffee
      6 cl milk or cream

      Mix syrup with hot coffee.
      Add milk or cream and stir.
      Top with whipped cream.

  • Watermelon Syrup

    • Watermelon Vodka
      Pour:
      10 cl Vodka
      4 cl Monin Watermelon
      Refrigerate
      Serve in a flask with a long straw or in an iced shooter glass.
       

    • PastËque Panna Martini
      Martini glass
      In a shaker 3/4 filled with ice, pour:
      4 cl Vodka Currant
      3 cl Monin Watermelon
      1 cl half & half
      Shake and strain.
       

    • Anguria Espresso
      Martini glass
      In a shaker 3/4 filled with ice, pour:
      4 cl Vodka
      2 cl Monin Liqueur de CafÈ
      2 cl cold espresso
      2 cl Monin Watermelon


  • Gingerbread Syrup

    • Ginger Jack
      Old-fashioned glass
      4 cl Whisky
      2 cl Monin Gingerbread
      2 cl Apple juice
      Decorate with apple slices.
       

    • Gingerbread Caraib
      Little Old-fashioned glass
      4 cl Old Rum
      2 cl Monin Gingerbread
      Squeeze a lime slice and drop it in the glass.
      With or without ice.
      Serve with a chilled water glass.
       

    • Gingerbread Mojito
      Tumbler Glass
      4 lime slices
      4 fresh mint leaves
      3 cl Monin Gingerbread
      Mash
      4 cl dark Rum
      3 cl soda
      Stir and add crushed ice.



  • Liqueur de CAFE
     
    Please welcome the newest Liqueur addition, LIQUEUR DE CAFE and enjoy these terrific recipes:

    1. B2
      Shooter glass
      2 cl Vodka
      3 cl Liqueur de CafÈ Monin
      2 cl foamed milk
      Pour the liqueur, the vodka an
      d the foamed milk.
       

    2. Tiramisu Martini
      Martini glass
      Fill a shaker with 3/4 of ice, and pour:
      4 cl Liqueur de CafÈ Monin
      3 cl Liqueur de PÍche Monin
      1 cl Sambucca
      Shake and strain. Top with whipped cream, decorate with chocolate powder.
       

    3. Expresso Martini
      Martini glass
      Fill a shaker with 3/4 of ice, and pour:
      3 cl Grand Marnier
      3 cl Liqueur de CafÈ Monin
      2 cl cold Expresso
      1 cl Monin Chocolate-Mint Syrup
      Shake, strain and pour in a Martini glass
      Serve with a mini Twix.
       

    4. God Sister
      Old Fashion glass filled with crushed ice and pour:
      4 cl Cognac
      3cl Liqueur de CafÈ Monin
      2 cl Monin Hazelnut syrup
      Pour the hazelnut syrup, the Liqueur de CafÈ and the Cognac Decorate with a thin slice of lemon.
       

    5. Cortadito Cocktail
      Old Fashion glass, pour
      1 brown sugar spoon
      1 fresh basil leaf
      Mash and pour
      3 cl de Liqueur de CafÈ Monin
      4 cl Bacardi
      Add some crushed ice.
