Seasonal Winter Recipes:
CAPPUCHOCO-MENTHE
- 1,5 cl Monin Chocolate Mint Syrup
- 1 espresso
- 3 cl Milk
Pour the Chcolate Mint Syrup in a cup and the espresso. Steam and foam the milk. Pour the milk in the cup. The syrup flavours and sweetens the coffee.
LAIT DE CHÂTAIGNE
- 1,5 cl Monin Chestnut Syrup
- 1 espresso
- 10 cl Milk
Pour the Chestnut syruip in a large cup and the espresso.
Foam the milk. Using a spoon, pour the milk and the foam in the cup.
DELICAT DE CHOCOLAT
- 1 cl Monin Rose Syrup
- 1 Hot chocolate
Pour the Rose syrup in a cup and top with the milk chocolate. The syrup flavours and sweetens the coffee.
Cafe Caramel
- 1,5 cl Monin Caramel Syrup
- 1 Espresso
Pour the Caramel Syrup into a cup and then pour the coffee on top. The syrup sweetens and flavours the coffee.
Cappuccino Vanille
- 1,5 cl Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 1,5 cl Monin Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 Espresso
- 10 cl Creamed Milk
Pour the syrups into a big cup and pour the coffee.
Bring the milk to froth. Pour the cream and hot milk on top of
the coffee using a spoon.
Top with cinnamon powder and garnish with a vanilla clove.
L’Ecureuil (Squirrel)
- 1,5 cl Monin Hazelnut Syrup
- 1 Espresso
- 3 cl Creamed Milk
Pour the Hazelnut Syrup into a cup and top with the coffee.
Bring the milk to froth and then top with the creamed milk.
Garnish with an hazelnut.
Irish Children
place in a glass, 1.5 cl
Monin Irish syrup and then add one Espresso.
Shake one spoon of cream and top it gently on the coffee.
Advice: Place the spoon against the glass on top of the
coffee and very slowly pour the cream against the glass. the
cream will thus stay on top of the coffee.
Vanilla Cappuccino
Pour in a cup, 1.5 to 2 cl
Monin Vanilla Syrup, then add one shot of espresso.
Foam 12 cl of milk. Using a spoon, add the foam milk as well
as hot milk. Top with cocoa powder.
